Silicon Steel Coil
Silicon steel coil (also known as electrical steel coil) is a kind of iron-silicon soft magnetic alloy material with a silicon content of 0.5%~4.5%, with high permeability, low coercivity, high resistivity and other characteristics, mainly used in the core manufacturing of motors, transformers and other power equipment. Silicon steel usually refers to cold-rolled silicon steel, which is divided into two categories: grain-oriented silicon steel and grain-free silicon steel. The direction of oriented silicon steel easily magnetized grains is distributed along the rolling direction, and the rolling direction has excellent characteristics such as high magnetic inductance, low iron loss and low magnetostriction, and is widely used in transformers, reactors, transformers, motors and other industries. At the same time, it can also be treated with fine magnetic domain technology to obtain lower iron loss.
